What to Expect on Sunday Services?

Like most churches, Sundays are central in the life of our congregation and we certainly hope that you will come and experience a Sunday at Calvary Baptist.

When you arrive here we encourage you to enter through our main entrance which is on the side of the building with the steeple.  Inside you will find people who will be happy to assist you in finding a Bible Study Class or seating in the Sanctuary for worship.

Sunday morning Bible Study begins at 9:30 a.m.  There are classes for all ages including children, youth and adults.

Sunday morning Worship begins at 10:30 a.m.  Our worship is best characterized as traditional though we make use of contemporary elements.  We base our doctrine solely on the Bible.  The Bible that is used in our church is the King James Bible.  Childcare is provided for children under the age of 3.  Children ages 3 through 2nd grade begin worship in the sanctuary, but then leave for their own worship experience in the children’s area.

Evening Worship begins at 6:00 p.m.  This service is a time of various Bible preaching and other special ministry persentations.

What to Expect on Wednesday Service?

Wednesday Evening Services begin at 6:30 p.m.  Adult Bible Study and Prayer Service are in the sanctuary.  “Cross-Training” for Teens and “Calvary Kids” meet in the Educational Department of the Church
